Disappointed that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No hairdryer. Overcharged in the restaurant, staff argued and tried to refrain from giving me a refund. The hotel manager was rude and needs to go on a customer managementr course. The more junior staff were affable and extremely helpful.

We have stayed in hotels all over the world.. Sydney, New York, Fiji, Bangkok. Maldives etc but this is the first time a hotel has lived up to its classification. Well done

Cardiff in The Snow

Flight at 9am was cancelled but managed to rebook 6pm so spent first day in Edinburgh! Got to hotel at 10pm! Morning in Cardiff, snow got worse, shops started shutting at lunchtime! Had problem with bus back to hotel but then spent pleasant afternoon in spa!! Next morning nice so wandered Bay Area, Millenium Centre and found a lovely craft centre! Back to spa for afternoon! Uneventful journey home.
