Fab Family Time At Bristol

Just returned from a short break in Bristol and it was fab, so much to see and do we only just touched the surface, hotel was excellent, as were our visits to Bristol zoo and explore @ bristol, a great family weekend .

Short Break In Bristol

We came to Bristol for the balloon fiesta and decided to upgrade our room on arrival for a small supplement. The room was spacious and had 5 windows which looked out over the city to Ashton Court the launch site of the balloons. Every morning we awoke to see the balloons over the city against a beautiful blue sky. The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and attentive and the executive room worth the supplement. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of items juices and pastries. Hotel has a car park and the charge is £10per day.

Mercure At Bristol

The hotel was very clean and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast food was kept hot and there was a good choice. Location was great for visiting Bristol centre. The main disappointment was the swimming pool, the room has a very low ceiling with dim lighting, additionally the water was cold, my partner and I only stayed in the pool 25- 30 mins. One word of caution, parking in the hotel car park may work out to be expensive.

Mercure Holland House Hotel Bristol

Excellent location - walking distance to many bars and restaurants on Waterfront. Short taxi ride to new Cabot Circus shopping centre. Hotel rooms excellent and very spacious and modern. Good variety of hot and cold food at breakfast. Very friendly and efficient service throughout hotel.

An Excellent Hotel

I was attending a wedding in Bristol, a city I don't know, and need a room for one night. I found the hotel on Superbreak and was encouraged by the good reviews. I'm happy to report that we weren't disappointed. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I think it's the first hotel I've been to where everything in the room worked! Had dinner in the bar - which exceeded our expectations. A good location for seeing the city too.
