Short Break in Windsor

We booked Beaumont House due mainly to its location to Windsor and Legoland. The hotel was a lovely surprise, it is set in over 40 acres of lawned gardens, which include two tennis courts and squash courts. We had dinner that night in the hotel and even though it was extremely busy the staff coped really well. All where smart, well mannered and well groomed. The Buffet Dinner had a great range of food to chose from and all was well managed by the waiting staff. The Breakfast was also very busy the next morning and again the hotels staff coped extremely well. In the evening we swam in the hotel's pool and had a walk in the hotels gardens, my daughter and I even saw a deer feeding on the grounds. We had a great day at Legoland, I would recommend to anybody who has children over the age of 5 as a great way to spend the day.

Trip to Windsor...

The trip overall was very good, had a great few days out with the children. Hotel was very spacious with lots of space for the kids to play. Our only issue with the hotel was that the bathroom ceiling had started to leak water. We spoke to the management who tried their best to help but there solution was to move us in to a smaller room. Not ideal when you have 2 kids and a 9 month old baby... (we need our space!) They offered to move us to a similar sized room but that didn't happen at all. other then that, the hotel met all our needs!

For this level of hotel our stay was little better than the very basic b&b
